It was 35 degrees and windy but we didn’t cancel the shoot. Mom, dad and the kids were troopers and we were able to get some good images. The client was a family of four and we spent about 2 hours working 4 or 5 concepts. Besides the cold and windy conditions I was fighting the late morning – early afternoon sun; not a good time of day. I kept the family in the shade to combat the rising sun and used fill-light when their backs were to the sun.
